What Malaysian regulations apply to foreign worker transportation?
Transportation must comply with Act 446 (Minimum Standards of Housing), JPJ licensing, PUSPAKOM roadworthiness, OSHA safety guidelines and RBA audit standards. Andaraya manages all these regulatory layers on behalf of the employer.
Does Andaraya provide transport for FOMEMA medical screenings?
Yes. We coordinate dedicated transport for FOMEMA annual health screenings, panel clinic visits and hospital referrals, available 24/7 across our active service areas.
