What OSHA 1994 Requires
Safety obligations that don't stop at the gate
Under Act 514, both the employer supplying labour and the principal contractor running the site share responsibility for worker safety. DOSH (Department of Occupational Safety and Health) enforces it, and incidents involving supplied labour reflect on both parties — which is why we treat it as our obligation too, not just the client's.

Pre-Deployment Screening
Workers matched to roles they're physically and skill-appropriate for, reducing avoidable risk exposure before day one.
Site-Specific Induction
Induction covers the actual hazards of that site — not a generic safety talk reused across every location.
PPE Issuance & Tracking
Helmets, boots, harnesses and role-specific gear issued and logged, with replacement triggered on schedule or on damage.
Safety & Health Committee
Worker representation in safety committees where the site size requires it under Act 514.
