Akta 446
Malaysia's Employees' Minimum Standards of Housing, Accommodations and Amenities Act sets the legal floor for worker hostels: at least 3.0 sqm of sleeping area per worker in a dormitory, a set toilet ratio, and a JTK Certificate for Accommodation before anyone moves in. We build to it, and generally above it.

Malaysia's Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 governs workplace safety obligations for employers and principal contractors — directly relevant wherever our placed workers are on a client's site or one of our own construction projects.

Which framework applies to us?
We're a manufacturer supplying an international brand — which applies?
